Who We Are
M&C Credit Union is owned by its members via shares/savings accounts.
We are a corporate-sponsored, federal credit union
Employees (Iselin and Union NJ) who report to these BASF work sites, contractors who work at those sites, and family members are eligible for membership
M&C Credit Union was established in 1967 serving the Minerals & Chemicals Corporation, then Engelhard Corporation, and now BASF Corporation.
We are located in Room 227A on the second floor of the BASF Research Center in Iselin, NJ.
Credit Unions are not-for-profit organizations that exist to serve their members, rather than to maximize profits.
How To Join M&C
Our Field of Membership
M&C is open for membership to those who work at or report to the
Iselin and Union NJ BASF Corporation sites, including contractors that support BASF at those sites.
Family members of any existing M&C member are also welcome to join!
Verifying Your Identity
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, The USA PATRIOT ACT / Federal Law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. This means that we may ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents when you submit a new member application. Thanks for your understanding.
M&C Menlo Park Federal Credit Union
is a not-for-profit organization.
Our Board of Directors and Tellers are volunteers!
This allows M&C to offer better savings and loan rates to our members.
For People, Not For Profit
Better rates. Fewer fees. Selfless service.
While banks are trying to maximize their profits, our earnings are returned to the membership in the form of money-saving discounts and offerings, higher dividends on savings, and lower loan rates. And remember— once a member always a member; once you join, you can be a member of M&C Credit Union for life.
